* Camera
   
We use a Japanese Toshiba camera with a high-resolution, full-color CCD array. These cameras have a resolution of no less than 0.04 square millimeters and are capable of recognizing subtle color changes and tiny defects. Unlike other sorters that use line array imaging, our system offers fast imaging speeds, high image quality, minimal image distortion, and is based on multiple algorithmic foundations. Combining superior imaging capabilities with sophisticated algorithms and precise electrical systems, we ensure a seamless transition from 'seeing clearly' to 'sorting accurately', guaranteeing accurate sorting.

 * Solenoid valve

We use a 16-channel integrated solenoid valve module to ensure more stable air flow and switch frequencies up to 1000 times per second. In contrast, some other companies use separate solenoid valves. When switching quickly, these valves may not open or close in time, resulting in poor sorting results.

* Air nozzle
  
Our integrated air nozzles are designed with circular holes to minimize airflow back flow, ensuring concentration of airflow during purging and no airflow back flow when closed.

* Image processing
We use Xilinx Artix7, an internationally advanced FPGA image processing chip, which is known for its speed, high capacity and support for implementing various image processing algorithms.

* Air filtration
    
We use internationally advanced SMC air filters (or equivalent brand) to ensure the cleanliness of the air used by the machine, thus ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the solenoid valve.

* Light Source
 
We use high-frequency flash light sources, known for their high brightness and long life, to quickly and seamlessly switch between different lighting conditions as needed.
